I have been researching and writing about weight loss on a daily basis for over a year now. I have spoken to doctors, made and read forum posts, published articles...It has ALL been done in an effort to find out:
- Why do we gain weight?
- Why is it difficult to lose weight and even harder to keep it off?
- Are there "BAD" foods?
- What does metabolism have to do with calories?
- And on , and on...
Well, the more I read about weight loss, the more my questions were answered. And the answers were basicly the same.
I'm not saying that I have found the "Holy Grail" of weight loss, but I have been able to put togeather a plan of action that has produced great results for me! Want to know what it is?
- Commitment: Once you start don't ever look back, look forward to your goal!
- Calories and Exercise: You have to have less of one and more of the other!
- Weight loss program: This is KEY! Most people fail within the first 30 days! A weight loss program keeps you on track, focused, encouraged and informed about the changes your new body is making.
There you have it. Weight loss is as easy as 1..2..3 NO IT IS NOT, but you must have 1,2 & 3 to be successful!
